In Rome, a few steps from the prestigious Via Veneto, there is a new stimulating place for fine dining lovers, architecture lovers and wine lovers: Orma, the latest restaurant opened by chef Roy Caceres.
The amazing interior design accompanies guests through an itinerant gastronomic experience, where innovative wine pairings are proposed.
Also the choice of equipment was studied in every detail, included the impressive bespoke wine wall by Iglu: almost 2.8 meters high and 4 meters long, this refrigerated display preserves the collection using three different temperatures in a champagne-coloured minimal structure, with thermostats hidden by a push-to-open panel.
