For the establishment and execution of ongoing contractual relations, our Company may process data - also acquired verbally, directly or through third parties - qualified as personal by law.

With reference to these data, we inform you that:

- The data controller is Iglu Cold Systems srl;

- The data are processed in relation to the contractual requirements and the consequent fulfillment of the legal and contractual obligations arising from them, as well as for the effective management of the business relations.

- Data will be processed with paper and computer tools by our authorized staff at the Sales Office and Marketing Departments.

-The data are kept for the time required by the fulfillment of legal obligations regarding the conservation of corporate documents and documents

Right of access to personal data and other rights:

a) the origin of personal data;

c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processor and the designated representative within the meaning of Article 5, paragraph 2;

3. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of:

a) the updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of data;
