It is Emma Bengtsson the Chef from Aquavit, the critically acclaimed 2 Michelin star New York restaurant, now coming to express her art in London. She will team up with Henrik RitZén as executive Chef
This fresh, new concept combines inspired signature dishes with sophisticated design, all in the unique Nordic style. The restaurant will open in St James on November 28th, 2016. Better book from now if you like to taste the food and visit the location anytime soon.
IGLU provided all the back and front of house refrigeration.
For the first time the 2 MIRABILIA ROYAL wine and spirit displays were fully crafted in real brass, interior shelves included.
