Blue Lagoon has recently completed a significant expansion, opening the Retreat.

The Retreat’s interior and experiential design, conceived and created by Basalt Architects and Milan-based Design Group Italia (DGI), is predicated on two ideas: timelessness and sophistication.

The Moss Restaurant is the ideal location to travel the island by way of the culinary creations that emerge from the kitchen within the Blue Lagoon, looking out at the majestic landscape.

Complemented by design and architecture calibrated to bring interior and exterior together, highlighting the ever-shifting colors and tones of the moss-covered horizon, Moss menus are likewise mercurial: changing with each season but intimately bound to the land.

Iglu is proud to have been part of the Blue Lagoon supplying two front of house wine displays: more than 3 meters high, the two Mirabilia have been installed at Moss Restaurant to preserve and treasure the prestigious selection of wine.
