the Company MailUp S.p.A., headquartered in viale Francesco Restelli 1 - 20124 Milan, Italy, which deals with the data for sending the newsletter.

The data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with the provisions of EU Reg. No. 2016/679, until revocation of the registration by the interested party.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES (articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22 of EU Reg. 679/2016).
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if they are not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.The data subject shall have the right to ask the data controller to access the personal data concerning him / her and to correct or delete the data, limit the processing or opposition to the processing, in addition to data portability. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processor and the designated representative within the meaning of Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subject to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, as data processor or person tasked with processing.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of:
a) the updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those that are not required to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the transactions referred to in sections (a) and (b) have been made aware, including their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except where such fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The data subject has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even for the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, aiming at sending advertising or direct selling materials or for carrying out market research or electronic communications.
