Chocolate Counters and Cabinets

Regardless of original culture and climate conditions, most of the world’s population loves chocolate. It is one of the few edible foods to be melt at about 34°C.
 

Chocolate by Iglu is the dedicated refrigerated counter for craft chocolatiers: equipped with a humidity control system, carefully designed to avoid fat bloom (caused by an excess of heat or quick temperature changes), sugar bloom (produced by the excess of moisture) and to prevent oxidation (by contact with light or air).
